Name does not match the Tax ID already on the system!

During the first step of registration, you may see the message:
Name does not match the Tax ID already on the system.
This is because a different organisation name was used, to initially register the organisation, to the one used during this registration.
To resolve this issue:
Contact the user, at your organisation, who initially registered the organisation to find the correct name to use.
OR
Contact the support via the support email address (provide the Tax ID). They will be able to provide you with the organisation name associated with the Tax ID.
