During the first step of registration, you may see the message:


Name does not match the Tax ID already on the system. 


This is because a different organisation name was used, to initially register the organisation, to the one used during this registration.


To resolve this issue:

  • Contact the user, at your organisation, who initially registered the organisation to find the correct name to use.

OR

  • Contact the support via the support email address (provide the Tax ID). They will be able to provide you with the organisation name associated with the Tax ID.
