If you are the first user from your organisation to register on the system, you will be the Lead User for your organisation.

As a Lead User, you can edit the organisation profile and manage (approve, reject, lock, change their role) other organisation members.


Before any grant proposals can be submitted on behalf of your organisation:

  • The organisation profile must be completed and submitted by a Lead User

  • The organisation profile must be approved by the sponsor


If your organisation profile has not been completed, submitted and approved: 

  • the organisation name will be greyed out in the 'Choose Organisation' drop-down.

  • on your system dashboard you will see the message:

Grants belonging to [your organisation] cannot be progressed until the organisation profile has been updated by a lead user and approved by [sponsor]


To update the organisation profile:

 1. Click the details button (pencil icon) by the ! to open your organisation profile.

 2. Complete the organisation profile:

        You must select all the grant types that users from your organisation will submit grant proposals for.

        You must the complete the required information for each grant type.

 3. Submit the completed profile.

 4. The sponsor will then review the organisation information you have submitted. The status of the organisation will be Pending Review. The sponsor may ask for further information before approving the profile.

 5. When the profile is approved you will receive an email alert.

 6. You can now submit grant requests on behalf of your organisation.
