The first user to register an organisation will become a Lead User for the organisation. 

Any further users, who associate themselves with the organisation at registration will be pending approval.


  • The Lead User for an organisation:

    • can edit the organisation profile at any time (any changes will need to be approved by the grant sponsor).

    • must approve new (pending) users (organisation members) who have associated themselves with the organisation.

    • can change any member's status to:

      • Approved - the user is able to submit grant requests on behalf of the organisation

      • Lead user - the user can edit the organisation profile, manage organisation members & the user is able to submit grant requests on behalf of the organisation.

      • Rejected - the user is NOT able to submit grant requests on behalf of the organisation or view/edit grant proposals

      • Locked - prevents the user from submitting further grant requests on behalf of the organisation

      • Read Only - the user can review all grant requests submitted by all organisation members BUT they cannot submit grant proposals or edit grant proposals.
